Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions.

What happens after I’ve placed my order?
After placing an order you will be sent a confirmation email with your order details including your order reference number.
Your order will then go in to production where it is printed, quality controlled and packaged ready for shipping.
When dispatched you will be sent an email with a tracking code so you can monitor where your package is.
We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking page so you can see if your package has been delivered to a safe place whilst you were out.
If any of the above emails do not arrive, please check your spam/junk folder for emails from info@wilderbydesign.co.uk.
Where are you located?
We are based in the UK and ship locally to the UK and the US.
Any orders for delivery outside of the UK or US will be shipped from whichever location is the closest to the delivery address.
How do I look after my T-shirt?
To get the most from your T-shirt please follow these care instructions:
- Do not dryclean
- Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam or dry: low heat
For best results:
- Wash in cold water
- Air dry
Please note that T-shirts can shrink up to 5-7% after the first few washes, this is a normal occurrence for cotton garments, even prewashed ones.
How do I get my newsletter signup discount?
Once you’ve subscribed we will send you an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder in case this gets delivered there.
Approximately 1 minute after you’ve confirmed your subscription you’ll be sent your 10% coupon code that you can then use during checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
Our products are dispatched from fulfillment centers around the world which allows us to offer very competitive shipping costs and delivery times.
How much are the shipping costs?
While shipping costs will vary our products are dispatched from fulfillment centers around the world which allows us to offer very competitive shipping costs.
Your basket and checkout will tell you your shipping cost.
Please note that the closest fulfillment center might not be within your country and we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes that arise.
Will I have to pay import tax?
While we aim to fulfill orders locally sometimes the closest fulfillment center might not be within your country and you may have to pay import taxes.
The DDP shipping option in your Checkout allows you to pay this up-front to avoid any unexpected charges or delays at customs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Whilst delivery times will vary our products are dispatched from fulfillment centers around the world which allows us to offer very competitive delivery times.
Your basket and checkout will tell you your estimated delivery date.
Do you offer personalisation?
Yes, many of our products have the option to add a name. This is completely optional and, if you prefer, you can leave the name empty and just have the design on your item.
We also offer a selection of fully personalised products. These typically start with ‘Personalised …’ in their title and feature your photo as the main image, along with the optional name.
How do I get my photo to you?
When you have completed your purchase please email your photo, along with your order number, to info@wilderbydesign.co.uk.
Please make sure your order number is in the email title and that the photo is good quality. Please also keep in mind the size of the item you’re purchasing, the larger the item the more important having a good-quality image becomes.
If your order contains more than one item that requires a photo please make it clear in the email which item each photo belongs to.
My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
We do not offer order tracking. If your estimated delivery window has passed please get in touch with us and we’ll find out what’s going on for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
My purchase is faulty, what do I do?
Please contact us by emailing info@wilderbydesign.co.uk as soon as the fault is identified, letting us know the full details of the fault along with whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
We will then raise a returns request and let you know what to do next.
Please do NOT return anything without a valid return number. Any such returns will not be processed.
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery to inform us that your purchase is faulty beyond which we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Can I change my mind after my order has arrived?
Please contact us by emailing info@wilderbydesign.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery date letting us know you would like to return your goods.
We will then raise a returns request and let you know what to do next.
Please do NOT return anything without a valid return number. Any such returns will not be processed.
Please note we cannot accept returns on personalised items.
What are the latest order-by dates for delivery in time for Christmas 2024?
In order to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas please make sure you have placed your order by the following date:
- US customers – 10th December
- UK customers – 15th December
- Rest of the world – November 27th
Please note: These dates are not guaranteed as we cannot control the shipping process so please place your orders in plenty of time.
If you place an order after these dates we will make our best effort to get it to you by Christmas however we can’t make any promises.
